My name is Barry Eidlin, and I am an American Sociological Association-National Science Foundation Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Sociology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
I am a comparative historical sociologist with an interest in the study of class, politics, and institutional change. More specifically, my research focuses on explaining the diverging trajectories of working class power in the United States and Canada over the course of the twentieth century.
Please take a moment to find out more about my research interests, teaching philosophy, and more.
